Intrinsic Psychology is a psychology practice that has been established with the well being and care of the individual as the number one priority. The overall counselling approach is based on 3 psychological concepts that, if applied effectively, would contribute to improvement in mental health and well being. These three concepts are:

- self care as an applied objective
- doing the things you enjoy in life (success and happiness)
During your counselling sessions we focus on these concepts and explain them in terms of your current situation, challenges and issues of concern. The objective of counselling at Intrinsic Psychology is to unconditionally work towards your mental health. You, as a individual, are valued, respected and supported within a safe and confidential environment.
